A stand to aid with the painting and weathering of rolling stock. The stand incorporates a hand rest and holds the vehicles at an angle that is comfortable to view and paint them.
A removable platform enables both the roof and sides to be set at a comfortable height.
Neoprene rubber provides protection for the side of the vehicle that is resting against the stand.
This version of the stand is designed to suit 4mm stock, e.g. OO, EM and P4. It should also be suitable for 3.5mm stock, e.g. HO. Suitability for 009 or O16.5 stock will depend on the dimensions of the prototype.
Dimensions : 290x155x65mm.
A = 32mm with platform, 43mm without.
B = 54mm
The stand is supplied in flatpack form requiring some assembly with White PVA wood glue.
Rolling stock not supplied.
